Applications have started for the Children's Literature Research Award, which will be given by Bilkent University Oğuz Tansel Turkish Literature Research Center.
Conditions of participation for the 2023 Oğuz Tansel Children's Literature Research Award: The nominated work must be published between 01.01.2022 and 31.12.2022. It is also possible to apply for the award with unpublished but accepted master's and doctoral studies. The application deadline is 30.06.2023. The award is open to all participants except the organizing committee and selection committee members and their immediate family members. The award will be given to a single work. If the work has been published as a book, 7 copies should be sent. Unpublished theses will be sent by courier in 4 different file formats written on a computer with 12 font size and 1,5 line spacing on A7 size paper. Unpublished theses can also be sent by e-mail in PDF format. The participant will also send a separate envelope with his/her short CV and contact information along with his/her work. (These can also be sent by e-mail.) The award amount is determined as 5,000 TL.
You can apply for the award with more than one work. However, the award is given to a single work. Works submitted to participate in the award will not be returned. The award ceremony will be held in 2023 at a later date to be announced.
The selection committee consists of Üstün Dökmen, Metin Turan, Nefise Abalı and Mehmet Kalpaklı.
