The decisions of the Council of Judges and Prosecutors (HSK), which consists of the names of the judges of the judicial judiciary, the chief public prosecutor and prosecutors and the judges of the administrative judiciary, who have completed their terms of office at various degrees, were published in the Official Gazette.
In the decisions of the HSK, lists of the names of the judges of the civil and administrative courts, the chief public prosecutor and prosecutors, who were promoted to the first degree and were subjected to the first class separation examination for the first time, effective from 31 December 2022, were included. The list included the names of 84 judges, 58 prosecutors and 15 administrative judges.
