Having the biggest role in Istanbul's public transportation, IETT, which operates all buses and metrobuses, as well as the historical tram and tunnel, will put 2023 new vehicles into service in Istanbul in 262.

Approximately 53% of public transportation in Istanbul is carried out by rubber-tyred transportation. While more than one company carries out this task in many metropolises in the world, IETT in Istanbul carries out this service alone with its 152 years of knowledge and experience.

IETT, which carries out 55 thousand trips per day only as buses and provides approximately 1 billion 250 million trips per year, is accelerating its investments in 2023.

In this context,

– 200 locally produced, powerful and comfortable Metrobus vehicles with a capacity of 280 and 92 passengers,

– 120 Solo Buses, all domestically produced, with all technological equipment

– A total of 150 new and comfortable vehicles, including 50 Adamini vehicles, which are domestically produced, fully electric and environmentally friendly, with a range of 262 km will be brought to Istanbul.
