Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality, which facilitates the lives of citizens with the projects it has implemented, continues its investments without slowing down. In this context, the Metropolitan is working intensively on the New Intercity Bus Terminal it has built in Gölcük. Work on the new terminal building, which will meet an important need of the region, is progressing rapidly. In this context, the concrete of the columns between the -1.10 and +7,55 levels of the building was poured.
STEEL ROOF INSTALLATION
The floor molds of Gölcük Terminal Building are currently being prepared in the ongoing works under the administration of the Building Control Department. Then, the environmental filling will start outside the terminal building. The teams, which are about to complete the retaining wall surrounding the facility, will start the steel roof assembly in the coming days.
THERE WILL BE 13 PERONS
On the ground floor of Gölcük Terminal Building, there is a waiting room, offices, a tea house, prayer rooms, a safety deposit box, security room and toilets. On the first floor, there will be offices, warehouse, personnel locker room, ventilation plant, electrical room and toilets. There will be 13 platforms in the terminal.
