GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. To meet the conditions specified in subparagraph (A) of article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48.

2. To have entered the 2022 KPSS (B) group undergraduate KPSSP3, associate degree KPSSP93, secondary education KPSSP94 score type exam. (Except for pharmacist positions)

5. Not receiving a pension or old-age pension from any Social Security Institution.

14. For the positions where experience is required, candidates must scan the SGK statement with the stamp and the approved service document signed by Wet, which will be obtained from the institutions/organizations they work for, and upload to the system.

15. A criminal complaint will be made to the Office of the Chief Public Prosecutor about those who are found to have given false documents or made statements. If these candidates have been appointed, they will be cancelled. In addition, if a fee has been paid to them by the Ministry, this fee will be collected together with its legal interest.

17. Contracted personnel working in the units of our university (including vocational schools in our districts) may be assigned to different units in line with the needs of our units.

APPLICATION FORM, PLACE AND TIME

1. Application procedures will be made online between 15/04/2023 – 29/04/2023, and no action will be taken on applications made in person or by mail.

2. Candidates can only apply to one of the announced positions, and applications cannot be made to more than one position.

3. Educational status of applicants at undergraduate and associate degree level, and candidates applying at secondary education level via Higher Education Information System web services will upload their diplomas to the posting application system. (Diplomas uploaded to the posting application system must be legible, otherwise the application will be deemed invalid) If it is not compatible with the education programs in the preferred position, the application process will not take place.

4. KPSS score type, year and score of the candidates will be obtained through OSYM web services.

5. For the positions where experience is required, the document showing that they are working in the position they will apply for (SGK statement and approved service document/task document with stamp and wet signature to be obtained from the institutions/organizations they work for) must be scanned and uploaded to the system.

6. For the pharmacist position, KPSS score is not required since it is among the title of Contracted Personnel to be Taken into Service without Examination Conditions in the Schedule 1 in accordance with the "Principles on Employing Contracted Personnel".
