Directorate of Migration Management Central and provincial organization of the Directorate of Migration Management within the framework of the Principles Regarding the Employment of Contracted Personnel and its Annexes and Amendments, which was put into effect with the Council of Ministers Decision dated 657/4/06 and numbered 06/1978, pursuant to paragraph (B) of Article 7 of the Civil Servants Law No. 15754 Contracted personnel will be recruited with an Entrance (Oral) exam for a total of 1 vacancies whose titles and numbers are specified in the tables below Annex-2 and Annex-231 to be employed under the order.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

1- To have the qualifications specified in subparagraph (A) of Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48,

  • a) be a citizen of the Republic of Turkey,
  • b) Not to be deprived of public rights,
  • c) Even if the periods specified in Article 53 of the Turkish Penal Code have passed; crimes against the security of the state, crimes against the constitutional order and its functioning, embezzlement, extortion, bribery, theft, fraud, fraud, abuse of trust, fraudulent not to be convicted of the crimes of bankruptcy, rigging the tender, rigging the performance of the act, laundering of the assets arising from the crime or smuggling,
  • ç) In terms of military status; not to be involved in military service, not to be of military age or, if he has reached the age of military service, to have performed active military service or to be postponed or transferred to the reserve class,
  • d) Without prejudice to the provisions of Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 53, not to have a mental illness that may prevent him from performing his duty continuously,

2- To be under the age of 35 as of the first day of January of the year in which the Entrance (Oral) exam is held (born on or after January 01, 1988),

3- From the Public Personnel Selection Examination (B) Group held by ÖSYM in 2022; According to the score ranking to be made on the basis of KPSS score type and preferred position title from those who apply, provided that they have obtained a KPSS score of at least 3 (sixty-five) and above from the KPSSP93 for undergraduate graduates, KPSSP94 for associate degree graduates and KPSSP65 for high school graduates. To be among the candidates 4 (four) times the number of positions announced,

4- Candidates can only apply for a position title exam. This application will only be made to a province or to the central organization of the Presidency. Applications made to more than one position title or to the central organization together with more than one province or province will not be accepted.

5- Candidates whose contracts are terminated while working full-time in 4/B contracted personnel positions in public institutions and organizations must have completed the one-year waiting period as of the application date. (Except for candidates who terminate their contract unilaterally in accordance with subparagraphs (a), (b) and (c) of the fourth paragraph of Annex-1 of the Principles Regarding the Employment of Contracted Personnel)

FORM OF APPLICATION, PLACE AND DATE

1- Applications; It will be done with e-Government password. Therefore, candidates http://www.turkiye.gov.tr It is mandatory to have an account. In order to use the said account, candidates must obtain an e-Government password. Candidates will be able to obtain the envelope containing the e-Government password from the PTT Central Directorates by submitting their identity card with their TR Identity number on it, by applying in person.
2- Entrance exam applications start at 26:2023 on April 10, 00 at the address of e-Government-Immigration Administration-Career Gate Public Recruitment or Career Gate (isealimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr) and on April 30, 2023 at: 23 Applications that will be made online until :59 and that do not comply with the conditions specified in the announcement and applications that are not made within the deadline will not be considered. Applications in person or by post will not be accepted.

3- During the application, identity, military service, education, KPSS score and residence information will be obtained through e-Government, and candidates with missing or incorrect information must contact the relevant institutions and make the necessary corrections. Information that cannot be accessed via e-Government will be declared and uploaded.

4-Candidates who will apply with their higher education graduation information; Education information comes automatically from the Higher Education Institution via e-Government. Candidates who have errors/incompleteness in their information or who do not receive graduation information from the Higher Education Institution are required to update their information via YÖKSİS by contacting the relevant units of the university they graduated from in order to add/correct them.

5-Candidates who will apply with their high school or equivalent school graduation information; Education information (candidates who graduated after 2008) comes automatically from the Ministry of National Education via e-Government. Candidates who graduated before 2008 will apply by declaring their high school or equivalent school graduation diploma.

6-Candidates who have graduated from education institutions in the country or abroad and who have an equivalence regarding the educational status sought in this announcement should upload their equivalence documents to the system in pdf or jpeg format instead of diploma or graduation certificate.

7-The military service information of male candidates comes automatically from the Ministry of National Defense. Candidates with errors in their information are required to tick the relevant box, enter their current information manually, and upload their military status documents in pdf or jpeg format to the system.

8- If the candidates have both points in the advertisement, they can only apply for one point type and at most one position. Candidates will be able to choose only the center or a province and a position during the application. Applications of candidates who make more than one choice will be considered invalid. Candidates in this situation will not be able to claim any rights.

9- Candidates who will apply for the position of attorney must upload the Attorneyship license approved by the bar association or notary public to the system in pdf or jpeg format.

10- Candidates who will apply for the Support Personnel (Driver) position must manually enter the desired driver's license information and upload the document to the system in pdf or jpeg format.

11- Candidates who will apply for the Protection and Security Officer position must manually enter the private security officer ID card, which has not expired as of the application deadline, and upload the document in pdf or jpeg format to the exam module.

12- Examining the approved Service Document in pdf or jpeg format, obtained from their former institutions, so that the candidates whose contract is terminated by their institutions or whose contract is terminated unilaterally while working full-time in 4/B contracted personnel positions in public institutions and organizations can document that they have completed the one-year waiting period. must be loaded into the module.

13- Candidates are required to upload a 600*800, 300 dpi image quality passport photo taken within the last six months to the exam module in jpg or jpeg format.

14- Applications that are not duly and/or not made on time and incomplete or incorrect exam application documents will not be accepted.

15- No notification will be made to applicants who cannot obtain the right to attend the exam.
