Eskişehir Symphony Orchestra Gave a Concert with Karsu

The soloist of the concert, organized in cooperation with the Young Businessmen Association of Turkey (TÜGİAD), was Karsu Dönmez, and the conductor was Özgür Sevinç.

At the end of the concert, Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Yılmaz Büyükerşen took the stage and thanked Karsu Dönmez, the conductor and the Symphony Orchestra. Büyükerşen presented plaques to the artists in memory of the concert. While giving Karsu a special Atatürk bust made of plane tree, he said, “I am happy to present this statuette of our founder, great Atatürk, to Karsu, our artist raised by the republic, on the 100th anniversary of the Republic.”

The next program will host one of the world's greatest violin virtuosos, Maxim Vengerov, young and talented cello virtuoso Sandra Lied Haga, Turkey's leading violin and viola artist, academician Özcan Ulucan, and successful pianist Birsen Ulucan as soloists, under the orchestra conductorship of Ender Sakpınar. The concert to be held at Atatürk Culture, Art and Congress Center on Monday, April 17, will be presented to music lovers.
