Within the scope of the circular sent by the Ministry to the governorship of 81 provinces, it was stated that heavy traffic measures will be taken on the highways, since the Ramadan Feast holiday coincides with the break between the Education-Training Period, these measures will start on April 14 and will continue until April 24.
