The opening of the Alsancak branch of Talatpaşa Laboratories Group, which will serve at its new location on Ziya Gökalp Boulevard, brought the medical community together.
Stating that they have made another important investment in the field of health in Izmir, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Uzm. Dr. Serdar Seven said that they opened a facility that will make a difference in the national arena with a new investment that will provide a high level of comfort to patients.
In addition to the doctors, managers and employees of Talatpaşa Laboratories Group; Turgutlu District Governor Selami Kapankaya, famous vocalist Yılmaz Morgül and many physicians attended. The opening ribbon was cut with the participation and applause of all guests.
WE UPGRADED THE STANDARDS
Noting that they have implemented all the details in order to prioritize patient satisfaction in the new branch of 500 square meters, Uzm. Dr. Serdar Seven said, “With this new branch, we have raised our quality standards and service bar. Our basic principle is to study many examinations in the laboratory in the most accurate way. We wanted to create environments where patients and their relatives can have their tests done in a home environment, in the most comfortable and peaceful way, without being under stress. We think we will create a different experience in Alsancak. On the ground floor of the branch, there is our laboratory department, which is equipped with large and modern devices, where technical studies are carried out.
A MODERN AND HIGH COMFORT CENTER FOR ALSANCAK
Expressing that they have invested in human resources and technology with an understanding that prioritizes quality in İzmir for years, Seven continued as follows: “A total of 14 personnel will work in this branch. Our Alsancak branch will be the new headquarters of Talatpaşa Laboratories Group. Here we can conclude over 1000 tests. Thus, we will further develop our service network with two main centers and branches in İzmir. Together with our Alsancak branch, our total number of employees has reached 60. Karşıyaka this number will reach 75 – 80. Alsancak and Karşıyaka Our branches will support each other technically. We will have made a total investment of 30 million TL in two branches.”
Adding that Alsancak is the heart of İzmir and that many physicians accept patients here, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Uzm. Dr. Serdar Seven said, “We have met the high level of service expectation in Alsancak at this center. We are accredited with our ISO 9001 certificate. We are also trying to reach further accreditations. Our tests are audited by independent companies. We are constantly trying to keep ourselves in the most optimum way with both internal and external quality control audits.”
