Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality has taken an important step in the field of basic technology by putting into service 97 Robotic Coding Workshops where robotic coding is taught under the title of “The Language of the Future” in the 97th year of our Republic. Metropolitan established 98 more Robotic Coding Workshops in the 98th year of our Republic and 99 more in the 99th year. In the 100th anniversary of our Republic, 100 Robotic Coding Workshops are planned to be established in all our schools in Kocaeli with suitable physical conditions. In this context, training services in the field of robotic coding continue at KO-MEK course centers.
WE WILL TRAIN THE SOFTWARE OF THE FUTURE
Within the scope of the coding workshop installation project implemented with the cooperation of Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality and Kocaeli Provincial Directorate of National Education, installations were completed and delivered to 3 schools in 294 years. In addition to schools, KODELİ Robotic Coding workshops established in KO-MEK course centers also offer courses to train future software developers. KO-MEK Master trainers also participate in the “training the trainer” trainings held within the scope of the KODELİ project.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT OF TRAINERS
KO-MEK Information Technologies trainers were given “KODELİ project Robotics and Coding Trainer's Training” within the scope of in-service trainings aimed at improving themselves and using their knowledge and skills more efficiently in workshop trainings. KO-MEK information technology trainers, who participated in the trainings held at the Kanuni Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School Codeli Workshop, within the scope of the trainings; What is robotics? What is coding? Algorithm, Block and Text Based Coding, Basic Electronics, Circuit Applications, Mobile Application Development, 3D Modeling and 3D Printer Usage etc. He received 40 hours of practical training on the topics.
WORKSHOPS ARE AVAILABLE AT KO-MEK COURSE CENTERS
Efforts were made to transfer the joint projects and practices created after the training in the most efficient way in the trainings for the trainees. Our free trainings for different age groups continue in the new period in the workshops created at KO-MEK Course Centers within Kodeli.
