GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. To meet the general conditions specified in the sub-clauses of the first paragraph of the 657th article of the Civil Servants Law No. 48, except for the sub-clause (1) of the subparagraph, and to have graduated from the departments specified in the special conditions as of the application deadline,
2. In case of graduation from higher education institutions abroad, they must have a diploma or temporary graduation certificate, the equivalence of which has been approved by YÖK,
3. For those to be taken on the basis of the KPSS base score; There is a KPSS (B) Group score requirement of the Public Personnel Selection Exam held by the Measurement, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) in 2022; Having a minimum score of KPSSP3, for titles requiring undergraduate degree, KPSSP93 for titles requiring associate degree, and KPSSP94 for titles requiring secondary education,
4. All titles (except Internal Auditor) must be under 35 years of age as of the application deadline.
APPLICATION METHOD AND PERIOD OF APPLICATION
Applications will be received digitally between 24/03/2023-07/04/2023. Candidates who want to take the exam will apply through the Career Gateway, alimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr.
Applications of candidates who are found not to meet any of the requirements will not be considered.

Since the entrance exam will be held in the form of an oral exam; KPSS score is the highest score from the candidate applying for the position whose KPSS score is requested, separately for each position title to be recruited.
Starting from the highest candidate, four (4) times the number of announced positions will be called for the exam. As a result of the ranking made on the basis of the KPSS base score specified in the exam announcement, other candidates with the same score as the last candidate will be called for the entrance exam.
The list of candidates who will take the entrance exam will be announced on the website of the Ministry as a result of the evaluations. In addition, candidates will be able to view their exam information on the Career Gate. Applicants who do not qualify for the exam will not be notified separately.
