Mayor of Konya Metropolitan Municipality Uğur İbrahim Altay stated that one of their priorities in Konya is to minimize the traffic density in the city center, and in this direction, they have provided alternative routes to the center of Konya and on the other hand, they have built bridged intersections and underpasses in the regions needed for the smooth progress of traffic. told.
Noting that they started the arrangement work on the Taşköprü Underpass, which is located at the intersection of Taşköprü and Küçükkovanağzı streets on the High Speed Train line, Mayor Altay said, “The region where this underpass is located is at a critical crossing point as it provides access to many important points. Arif Bilge, Uzunharmanlar, Lalebahçe, Kalfalar neighborhoods; Hatip, Ahmet Özcan, Azerbaijan, Karaman streets; I hope we will rebuild this important underpass that provides access to the Antalya Ring Road, the city center and the industrial zone in accordance with the standards.
