4/B CONTRACTED PERSONNEL PURCHASE ANNOUNCEMENT
In order to be employed in our University Hospitals, the expenses of the Civil Servants Law No. 657, Article 4, (B) will be met from the special budget, and the Supplementary Article 06 of the Principles Regarding the Employment of Contracted Personnel annexed to the Council of Ministers Decision dated 06/1978/7 and numbered 15754/2 ( Based on the ranking to be made according to the KPSS (B) group score of 2022 within the scope of paragraph b), the number and quality of contracted personnel will be recruited for the positions stated below.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED IN THE APPLICATION
1. Documents Required from Candidates to Apply for Contracted Personnel Positions;
a) Completely filled Application Form,
b) 2022 KPSS Result Document,
c) 1 (one) Photograph (to be attached to the application form),
d) Private security guard ID card valid for Protection and Security personnel,
e) Shows the occupational code for the positions for which experience is required, together with the SGK service breakdown, the work experience certificate obtained from official or private institutions within the application dates (to be added to the application form with a wet signature). It is essential that the profession code in the SGK service breakdown and the position for which experience is required should be compatible.
f) The original or certified copy of the relevant document for the positions for which a Certificate/Documentation is requested,
g) Military Service Document (documents with data matrix received from e-Government are accepted.),
h) Copy of Identity Card. (Documents with data matrix received from e-Government are accepted.),
i) Diploma or Graduate Certificate (Documents with data matrix received from e-Government are accepted.),
j) Driver's license for the position for which a license is requested,
k) The original document showing the body mass index for security guard positions, provided that it is received within the application period (height and body mass index will be clearly stated in the document received from public or private health institutions/centers during the application period),
l) “Those who will be employed in this position will be employed according to the shift working system.” Health board report, which states that there is no physical or mental illness that may prevent him from performing his duty continuously for the positions whose condition is required, and that he can work in shifts, obtained from public or private health institutions. (This document will be requested from the candidates who are placed in the list after the results are announced.)
