After the earthquakes that occurred in Kahramanmaraş and Hatay and affected 11 provinces, more than 46 thousand citizens lost their lives as a result of the collapse of many buildings. After the irreparable losses, the attention was turned to the expected earthquake in the Marmara Region. Acarzade Group, on the other hand, announced that it was prepared for this possible earthquake with the horizontal architectural project it started in Düzce.

While the wounds of the earthquakes in Kahramanmaraş and Hatay continued to heal, eyes were turned to the preparations to be made against the possible Marmara Earthquake. Acarzade Group CEO Muhammed Ali Acarzade, who started construction activities in this direction in Düzce, said, “The recent earthquake has shown us once again that new structures should be built in a controlled and conscious way. Every life is precious to us. With our horizontal architectural housing project that we have realized in Düzce, we offer our citizens durable and comfortable detached houses where they can sit blindly.”

Preparations started in Düzce for the possible Marmara Earthquake

Stating that the recent earthquakes reminded us how critical the precautions to be taken for a possible Marmara earthquake are, Muhammed Ali Acarzade said, “As a country, we are saddened by the great losses. I believe that with unity and solidarity, we will heal our wounds. In order not to get new wounds while we wrap our wounds, we need to plan the measures to be taken against possible earthquakes in a fast and organized manner. People should not lose their lives due to wrong construction. That's why, as Acarzade Group, we took action for our citizens. After many different sectors, we are entering the construction sector in 2023. After the Düzce earthquake that took place at the end of last year, very strict rules regarding construction were set by our municipality, governorships and authorized institutions. We are starting a new project in Düzce within the framework of these rules.”

Horizontal architectural project in Beslambey region

Emphasizing the importance of horizontal architecture in terms of building stronger structures against earthquakes, Acarzade Group CEO Muhammed Ali Acarzade said, “We are implementing a unique project in Düzce. With our 15 years of architectural experience, we create living spaces with modern architectural designs that combine aesthetics and functionality. We determined our soil analysis, the materials we use in construction, and our housing types according to their durability. There will be 2 villas in our horizontal architectural project, which will be realized on 10 acres of land in Düzce Beslambey region. We will offer comfort, quality and convenience to domestic and foreign investors with our projects," he said.

“Duzce is very advantageous for both investors and citizens”

Muhammed Ali Acarzade, who stated that the city became attractive for industrial investors with the incentive laws enacted in order to heal the wounds of Düzce after the 1999 earthquake, added:

“Duzce has been among the first choices of investors in sectors with high export potential in recent years. We can say that Düzce, which has come a long way in terms of industry with the incentive laws, is also a perfect fit for investors in terms of geography. Our project is located at almost equal distance to metropolitan cities such as Istanbul and Ankara. The increase in house prices in metropolitan cities and the intensification of interest in reliable, detached houses are directing people to the cities in the immediate vicinity. This project is a great advantage for both those who want to live in earthquake resistant houses and those who want to invest.”

“We make our productions in accordance with the dynamics of the age”

Stating that they continue their import and export activities in various sectors such as metal, architecture, cosmetics, textile and food in addition to housing projects, Acarzade Group CEO Muhammed Ali Acarzade concluded his words as follows:

“In order for Turkey to become an economic power both locally and globally, our priority in our investments is to be a producer and to turn the balance of imports and exports in favor of our country. We carry our 20 years of experience in the business world to the construction industry to meet the needs of our customers. By closely following the latest technologies in the world, we make our productions in accordance with the dynamics of the age. We aim to undertake large-scale new projects in different cities in the coming period.”
