A commemoration ceremony was held in Edirnekapı Martyrs' Cemetery for the 18th anniversary of the 108 March Çanakkale Victory. In the ceremony held under the rain; Istanbul Governor Ali Yerlikaya, by proxy to the Istanbul Garrison Command, 3rd Corps Commander Lieutenant General Levent Ergün and IMM President Ekrem İmamoğluprayed for the memory of the martyrs and laid a wreath at the Çanakkale Monument.
