4/B CONTRACTED PERSONNEL PURCHASE ANNOUNCEMENT
Annex 657 of the "Principles Regarding Employment of Contracted Personnel", which was left with the Council of Ministers Decision dated 4 and numbered 06.06.1978/7, in order to be employed in our university units in order to expand the paragraph (B) of Article 15754 of the Civil Servants Law No. 2. In accordance with paragraph (b), contracted personnel will be recruited for the positions specified in the maddening sections "without a written and/or oral exam, based on the Undergraduate/Associate Degree/Secondary Education 2022 KPSS (B) group score ranking".

REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES TO APPLY:
General conditions:
► To have the Republic of Turkey.
► The provisions specified in Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48 are valid.
► Without prejudice to the 657rd article of the Law No. 53, preventing the continuity of the duty of departure, not having a physical or mental health disease.
► Those elected from public office by various decrees and those who are rejected from public office cannot apply.
► Pursuant to Article 657/B of the Civil Servants Law No. 4, those employed on a contractual basis are terminated due to breach of the term of service or if they terminate the contract unilaterally, except for the exceptions specified in the contract by the decision of the Council of Ministers, unless 1 (one) year has passed from the termination period. They cannot be employed in their contracted personal positions.

The service contract is terminated unilaterally by the institution in cases where it is maintained that it does not have any of the qualifications required for employment, or if it loses any of the qualifications required for not being hired.
► In accordance with the “Security Review and Archive Research Question Law” published in the Official Gazette dated 17.04.2021 and numbered 31457, an archive research will be conducted on the candidates who are entitled to a contract and a contract will be signed according to the archive research.
Special conditions:
1- Carrying and documenting the provisions opposite to the positions to be preferred (The validity period of the documents must not have expired when these documents are to be submitted for the appointment of the candidates who are on the main list)
2- Protection and Security Officer Provision of the provisions of Article 10 of the Law on Private Security Services dated 06/2004/5188 and numbered 10.
3- Retirement or old-age pension from any Social Security Institution
4- It is not a necessity to prevent the work of the watch.
5- A service contract will be made with the candidates, and the contracts of the candidates who replace the provisions specified in the contract will be terminated within one month.
6- To have certificates and other documents showing the knowledge and experience documents of the candidate. (Transcript, certificate, etc.)
