Minister of National Education Mahmut Özer met with the directors of national education of 10 provinces affected by the earthquake in an online meeting.
At the meeting chaired by the Minister of National Education Mahmut Özer, the situation in Kilis, Diyarbakır and Şanlıurfa, which started education on March 1, was discussed, while Adana, Osmaniye, Gaziantep, which will start education on March 13, and Kahramanmaraş, Hatay, which will start on March 27. Evaluations were made regarding the final preparations in the provinces of Adıyaman and Malatya.
Deputy Minister Sadri Şensoy, General Manager of Vocational and Technical Education Nazan Şener, General Manager of Lifelong Learning Zekine Dayıoğlu, General Manager of Religious Education Mehmet Nezir Gül, General Manager of Secondary Education Halil İbrahim Topçu, General Manager of Basic Education Tuncay Morkoç, Special Education and Guidance Services General Manager Cemal Özdemir and Support Services General Manager Levent Özil also attended.
