Stating that they have delivered 200 thousand stationery sets to the students in the earthquake area so far, Minister of National Education Mahmut Özer noted that 26 million textbooks and auxiliary resources to be sent to the region have been reprinted and distributed.

Education continues at 10 points, including container classrooms, hospital classrooms, prefabricated schools, and schools in Diyarbakır, Kilis and Şanlıurfa in 1.476 provinces affected by the earthquake. In this process, the stationery sets and books needed by the students continue to be delivered to the region by the Ministry of National Education.

Making a statement on the subject, Minister of National Education Mahmut Özer said, “In line with the approach of 'continue education under all conditions', we have created prefabricated classrooms, tents and educational environments in hospitals in line with the needs of our children at all levels in the earthquake zone. So far, we have delivered 200 thousand stationery sets to our children in the provinces affected by the earthquake. First of all, we reprinted and sent 11,5 million textbooks and supplementary resources for our children who are preparing for the exam. In Diyarbakır, Şanlıurfa and Kilis, where education began, we met our students' need for books and supplementary resources. When schools open in other provinces, each of our children will have books on their desks. In total, we will have delivered 26 million textbooks and supplementary resources to our children.” used the phrases.

Özer noted that he expressed his gratitude to the Ministry staff and teachers who work day and night for the needs of children.
