In the statement made by the governor's office, it was stated that the heavy downpour, which was effective in the city, is expected to continue. For this reason, it was stated in the statement that education was suspended at all school levels throughout the province on Wednesday, March 15, and it was noted that pregnant and disabled officials in public institutions and organizations will also be considered on administrative leave.
