The 2023 notary public fee schedule of the Ministry of Justice was published in the Official Gazette and entered into force. Accordingly, the notary public's fees have increased by 2022 percent compared to 100.

According to the 2023 notary public's fee schedule published in the current issue of the Official Gazette, notary publics will receive a fee of 1 per thousand of the sales value of the real estate subject to sale, in real estate contracts. This fee cannot be less than 500 TL and not more than 4 thousand TL.

The lower limit for the notary fees collected by the notary public at the rate of 30 percent of the fees charged by the notary public for their transactions, from 8.66 TL to 17.32 TL, from 391.91 TL to 783.82 TL for the issuance of wills and foundation deed, the letter taken from each prepared page. The fee was increased from 11.88 TL to 23.76 TL, and the fixed fee per transaction from the papers belonging to the transactions to be registered was increased from 3.71 TL to 7.42 TL.
