The Bill of Law on the Amendment of the Social Insurance and General Health Insurance Law and the Decree Law No. 375, which includes the relevant regulations of EYT, was approved by the General Assembly of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey and became law. EYT applications will start with the publication of the law on the Official Gazette, but EYT was not published in the Official Gazette No. 2 March 2023.
The EYT, which has been awaited by millions of citizens for many years, was passed by the Parliament the other day and became a law. Citizens who will apply in March will be able to receive their pension, which is 8,733 TL on average, in April.

EYT has not yet been published in the Official Gazette No. 2 March 2023.
The law will enter into force after its publication in the Official Gazette and applications will be received. Currently, 4.8 million people, with the right to borrow, a total of about 5 million people will be affected by the law.
