2-Procurement of goods

ç) Duration/delivery date: The Contractor shall start work after receiving the approval of the Administration within 10 days from the contract date. The duration of the work is 540 calendar days. The Contractor shall prepare a Work program in accordance with Articles 10 and 16.3.1 of the Contract within 16.3.2 days from the date of the Contract and submit it to the Approval of the Administration. This work program is based on the technical specification in accordance with Article 16.3.2; It will also include the general design, detailed project, all production, assembly, testing and delivery processes and the cash flow program in accordance with the contract. RECEPTION SCHEDULE: Tram car; 1. The vehicle will be delivered after 450 Calendar Days from the start date. 2. The vehicle will be delivered after 460 Calendar Days from the starting date. 3. The vehicle will be delivered after 470 Calendar Days from the start date. 4. The vehicle will be delivered after 480 Calendar Days from the starting date. 5. The vehicle will be delivered after 490 Calendar Days from the starting date. 6. The vehicle will be delivered after 500 Calendar Days from the start date. 7. The vehicle will be delivered after 510 Calendar Days from the start date. 8. The vehicle will be delivered after 520 Calendar Days from the start date. 9. The vehicle will be delivered after 530 Calendar Days from the starting date. 10. The vehicle and the spare parts mentioned in the technical specification will be delivered after 540 Calendar Days from the start date of work. A total of 10 Tram Vehicles will be delivered. The date of approval of the commissioning test certificate will be considered as the delivery date to the Administration. The work schedule will be arranged in accordance with the receiving schedule. The delay penalty specified in Article 34.2 will also be applied in case of delay in each intermediate delivery in the above delivery schedule.
d) Starting date of work: Work will start within 10 days following the signing of the contract.
