It was determined that the amount of the grant support given within the scope of the Expert Hands Support Project was increased from 100 thousand liras to 250 thousand liras.

The Presidential Decision on Supporting Expert Hands in Rural Development within the Scope of Rural Development Supports numbered 2022, covering the years 2024-4046, was published in the Official Gazette and entered into force.

Contributing to the employment of the young population who live/commit to live in rural areas and graduate from faculties and vocational schools of universities that provide education in the fields of agriculture, animal husbandry, forestry, food and aquaculture, with the Expert Hands Projects that have started to be implemented; To encourage entrepreneurship in crop production, animal husbandry, food and aquaculture sectors, to encourage these activities to be carried out by educated people, to increase the amount, quality and efficiency of agricultural production, It was aimed to earn income-generating investments.

In the project implemented in 2022 provinces in 81, the grant amount was determined as 100 thousand TL per person, and a grant was paid to 23 people who completed their investment.

Published in the Official Gazette dated 14 January 2023 and numbered 32073, the grant amount was increased to 250 thousand Turkish Liras in order to increase the sustainability and contribution of the projects to be implemented with the decision change that came into force.

In addition, within the scope of the "Vocational and Technical Education Cooperation Protocol" signed between the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and the Ministry of National Education, graduates of high schools and equivalent schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education providing education in the fields of agriculture, animal husbandry and health, laboratory services and food technology are also included in the Project. Our target audience has been expanded.

Applications for the project for 2023 will start after the publication of the current implementation guide based on the Communiqué No. 2021/61.
