Overseas Travel To Be Restarted From February 6 Across China

The Ministry of Culture and Tourism of China has announced today that travel agencies and online travel businesses have restarted services related to overseas group travel for Chinese citizens.

The announcement stated that from February 6, 2023, overseas group travel tours and “airfare + hotel” services will be restarted for Chinese citizens.

As of February 6, travel agencies and online travel businesses will be able to initiate preparatory work such as product launches and promotions.

Overseas travel destination countries include Thailand, Indonesia, Cambodia, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Laos, United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Kenya, Republic of South Africa, Russia, Switzerland, Hungary, New Zealand, Fiji, Cuba and Argentina exists.
