An entrance exam will be held to appoint a total of 50 (Fifty) Assistant Treasury and Finance Experts in the central organization of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance.

The areas where the exam will be held and the places of duty of the candidates are shown in TABLE 1 and TABLE 2. Candidates will make their choices from a single table and field according to the province they want to work in. Candidates will be evaluated separately in terms of both tables and the fields included in the table.

EXAM FORM, DATE AND PLACE
a) The entrance exam is in two stages, written and oral. The written exam will be held in the classical method and in two sessions.

b) The written part of the entrance exam will be held in Ankara on 04/03/2023 (Saturday).

c) Candidates who are eligible to take the exam and their exam places will be announced on the website of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance (www.hmb.gov.tr) at least 10 days before the exam. Candidates will view their exam information on the Career Gate Platform. Candidates will not be notified separately.

EXAM APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
Candidates who will apply for the Treasury and Finance Assistant Specialist entrance exam must meet the following conditions as of the application deadline (27/01/2023).

a) To meet the general conditions stated in the article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48,

b) Not to have reached the age of thirty-five (35) by the first day of January of the year in which the entrance examination is held (applicants born on 01/01/1988 and later)

c) TABLE of law, political information, economics, business administration, economics and administrative sciences, architecture, engineering, science-literature, communication faculties and other faculties or equivalence of them, accepted by the Higher Education Council 1 and to graduate from the education branches (departments) specified in TABLE 2,

d) To have participated in the Public Personnel Selection Examination (KPSS) held by ÖSYM in 2021 or 2022 and to have at least 1 points from any of the score types specified in TABLE 2 and TABLE 75 (Candidates can apply on only one of the specified points, so the highest it will be in their favor to use the point type),

d) At least (C) level in English, German, French from the Foreign Language Placement Exam (YDS) or Electronic Foreign Language Exam (e-YDS) conducted by ÖSYM within 5 (five) years before the application deadline of the entrance exam. To have received a score or to have a valid document indicating that they have received at least 70 points from another internationally valid exam, the equivalence of which is accepted by OSYM,

f) Not to have attended the Treasury and Finance Assistant Specialist Entrance Exam more than twice.

EXAM APPLICATION
a) Applications must be submitted between 16/01/2023 (09:00) – 27/01/2023 (18:00) (https://isealimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr) will be made electronically via the address. Career Gate (https://isealimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr) will not be considered, applications made in person, via cargo or mail will not be accepted. Applications should not be left to the last day due to disruptions that may or may occur in the electronic environment.

b) Candidates will only be able to apply for one field that fits their educational background in TABLE 1 and TABLE 2 by using a score type. The applications of the candidates who make more than one choice will be deemed invalid, and the candidates in this situation will not be able to claim any rights.

c) The graduation and foreign language exam information of the candidates who will apply for the entrance exam is automatically received from the Higher Education Institution on e-Government. Candidates who have errors/incomplete information or whose graduation information is not available should tick the relevant box in the application form, enter their updated information manually, and upload their diploma, graduation or equivalence documents to the system in pdf or jpeg format.

ç) Candidates who have graduated from education institutions in Turkey or abroad and who have an equivalence certificate regarding the educational status sought in the announcement must upload the equivalence certificate to the system in pdf or jpeg format instead of a diploma or graduation certificate.

d) The military service information of male candidates comes automatically from the Ministry of National Defense. Candidates with errors in their military information are required to update their military information from any military service branch and apply after the information is updated.

e) Candidates; they will upload their documents in pdf or jpeg format by declaring other requested information.

f) Any application that does not show “Your transaction has been successfully completed…” on the Career Gate-Public Recruitment Platform will not be considered. Therefore, candidates should check whether the application process has been completed.

g) During the application made through the Career Gate-Public Recruitment Platform within the application dates; Applications in the "Application Not Completed Yet" process in the "Application Status" column on the "Your Applications" screen can be updated by clicking the "Update" button.

ğ) Candidates who have completed their application within the application deadlines but wish to update their application again; He/she will cancel his/her application in the "Application Received" process in the "Application Status" column on the "Your Applications" screen, first by clicking the "Cancel" button in the "Process" column and clicking the "Cancel My Application" button. When the "Application Canceled" phrase is displayed in the "Application Status" column after the cancellation process is completed, it will be possible to re-apply by clicking the "New Application" button in the upper right corner of the screen.

h) The candidate is responsible for making the application process error-free, complete and in accordance with the issues specified in this announcement, and for uploading the requested documents to the system at the application stage. Candidates who do not comply with these issues will not be able to claim any rights.

ı) After the end of the applications, no change will be made in the application information of the candidate for any reason.

i) The Ministry may request the originals of the documents uploaded to the system from the candidates at every stage of the application and examination.
