During the controls carried out by the driver and inspection personnel, the cards of the persons who are found to be using illegal cards are confiscated and a penalty of 200 full tickets is applied to the cardholder and the person using the card. While the card is given again to the person who pays the fine, the cards of those who do not pay the fine are not given and their TR ID number is blacklisted through the system. Therefore, the person cannot get discounted or free ANKARAKART again. The person whose card was confiscated can pay the fine at any time. There is no time limit. However, the penalty is calculated from the ticket price of the day the penalty is paid.
Our citizens need to be careful not to use their personalized discounted or free ANKARAKARTs by anyone other than themselves, so that they do not suffer from any criminal action.
