GENERAL CONDITIONS

3.1. To meet the conditions set forth in sub-paragraphs (657), (48), (1), (4) and (5) of sub-paragraph (A) of the first paragraph of article 6 of the Civil Servants Law No. 7.

3.2. Article 657/B of the Civil Servants Law No. 4; “Those who are employed in this way cannot be employed in the contracted personnel positions of the institutions unless one year has passed from the date of termination, in case their contract is terminated by their institutions due to acting contrary to the principles of the service contract or if they terminate the contract unilaterally during the contract period, excluding the exceptions determined by the Presidential Decree.” to comply with the provision.

3.3. Not working as a 4/B in any public institution and organization.

3.4. Not receiving a pension or old-age pension from any Social Security Institution.

3.5. To graduate from the desired department for the position applied for, as of the application deadline.

3.6. 4.1. Applications can be made on the e-Government through the "Mtt and Stamp Printing House General Directorate - Career Gate Public Recruitment" service or "Career Gate" on the website alimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr ​​starting on 07.11.2022 and ending on 16.11.2022 at 23.59:XNUMX. will be received electronically. 4.2. The graduation information of the candidates with associate and undergraduate degrees is automatically received from the Higher Education Institution via e-Government. Candidates who have graduated from education institutions in the country or abroad and who have an equivalence regarding the educational status sought in this announcement should upload the relevant document in pdf or jpeg format to the "Document Indicating Equivalence" field under the "Your Other Documents" stage during the e-Government application. 4.3. Candidates who apply for the title for which YDS information is requested are also automatically received, and those who certify that they know a foreign language at least (D) level from another document with international validity (CPE, CAE, TOEFL İBT and PTE ACADEMIC) must upload these documents to the system. 4.4. The military information of male candidates comes automatically from the Ministry of National Defense, and candidates with errors in their information are required to tick the relevant box and enter their current information manually, and upload their military status documents in pdf or jpeg format to the exam module.

4.5. Since the applications will be received through the web services of the relevant institutions via e-Government during the application, the data on the KPSS score, criminal record record and population information will not be requested from the candidates at this stage. If there is an error in the said information of the candidates, they must make the necessary updates/corrections from the relevant institutions before applying.

4.6. Candidates whose photos do not come automatically on the "Personal Information" page of the application, which is opened via the "Mint and Stamp Printing House General Directorate Candidate Profile Information Editing and Exam Application" link on e-Government, are required to upload them to the module in pdf or jpeg format.

4.7. Candidates whose contracts are terminated by their institutions or whose contracts are terminated unilaterally while working full-time in contracted personnel (4/B) positions in public institutions and organizations, in order to document that they have completed the one-year waiting period, must submit an approved service document in pdf and jpeg format from their former institutions. must be uploaded at the time of application.

4.8. For professions where experience is required, the SSI Service Document showing this experience code must be uploaded to the Career Gate.

4.9. “Your transaction has been successfully completed” on the Career Gate-Public Recruitment Platform. Any application without the inscription will not be considered. Therefore, candidates should check whether the application process has been completed.

4.10. During the application made within the application dates through the Career Gate-Public Recruitment Platform; Applications in the "Application Not Completed Yet" process in the "Application Status" column on the "Your Applications" screen can be updated by clicking the "Update" button.

4.11. The applicants are responsible for making the application process error-free, complete and in accordance with the issues stated in this announcement, and uploading the requested documents to the system at the application stage. Candidates who do not comply with these issues will not be able to claim any rights.

4.12. Candidates who successfully complete their applications will be able to print out "Application Information" after completing the application process.

4.13. Candidates will be able to apply for only one title from the announced positions. The applications of those who apply for more than one position and the applications that are not duly and/or timely submitted will not be accepted.
