Van Youth and Sports Provincial Directorate will lease the ski room, chair lift, chairlift and cafeteria in Gevaş Abalı Ski Facilities by tender for 2886 months in accordance with the 45th article of the State Tender Law No. 4.
1- The Ski Room, Teleski, Chairlift and Cafeteria in Gevaş Abalı Ski Facilities, whose name, appraisal price and location are written below, are tendered with open bid method in accordance with the 2886th article of the State Tender Law No. 45 on the specified tender date and time and rented for four (4) months. will be given.
2- The tender will be held on Thursday, 17.11.2022 at 10:00 in the meeting hall of the Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports.
3- The bidders who will deposit their bid bond in cash will deposit it to the account numbered (IBAN TR330001002139882606405001) at the Van Ziraat Bank Tusba Branch of the Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports.
4- Documents required from the bidders;
a. Copy of Identity Card
b. Certificate of good conduct from the Prosecutor's Office (not older than 3 months)
c. Certificate of Residence (not older than 3 months)
d. Address statement for notification, as well as telephone and, if any, fax number and e-mail address for contact.
e. If it is a natural person, a document showing that it is registered with the Chamber of Commerce and/or Industry or the Chamber of Profession, taken within the year of the first announcement regarding the tender.
f. In case of being a legal person, the document indicating that the legal entity is registered in the registry, and the certificate of authorization, obtained from the Chamber of Commerce and/or Industry, where the legal entity is registered in accordance with the legislation, within the year of the first announcement regarding the tender.
g. Obliged to Submit an Activity Certificate from the Chamber to which the Tender is Being Occupied in the Subject of the Tender (Making Winter Sports Organizations and Operating Ski Facilities VS) for the Last Six Months of the Tender
h. Proof of payment of the Provisional Guarantee.
i. He/she declares that he/she has read the specification completely and is willing accordingly, together with the petition,
j. All documents required in this Specification as a condition of participating in the tender, including the letter of offer and the bid bond, are placed in an envelope or package. On the envelope or the package, the name, surname or trade name of the bidder, full address for notification, the job to which the bid belongs, and the full address of the contracting entity are written. The affixed part of the envelope or package shall be signed, sealed or stamped by the bidder and delivered to the Administration.
k. Bids of companies that do not fulfill the above conditions will be rejected.
Bidders must submit their documents in an envelope to the Tender Committee Presidency until 17.11.2022, Thursday, at 10:00. All documents will be originals or notarized copies.
