Başak Özel (Born on March 22, 1971 – Date of death on September 20, 2022) is a Turkish theater, cinema and TV series actress. Başak Özel, who started her artistic life with the theater courses she took at the Ankara Art Center, later developed her acting experience at the Ankara Art Theater and Ali Hünal Cabaret Theatre. He worked in children's theater groups of various banks, Ankara Public Theater and Ankara Ekin Theater. Apart from the theater, he also appeared in front of the camera and took part in movies and TV series. The artist, who is a member of Chasod, writes poems and stories, edits and voices.
Özel died at the age of 20 due to a heart attack on September 2022, 51 in Istanbul. He was buried in Feriköy Cemetery.
