Work has been completed in the new Travel Cards Office, where citizens can use all transportation facilities and where they can perform all transactions related to Kocaeli Card. In the office built on the coastal leg of the Mimar Sinan Overpass, all procedures regarding the Kocaeli Card will begin on Monday, September 12.
INCREASED NEED
With the increase in population density in the Travel Cards Head Office located in the fair, the need for a larger service building arose. In order to meet the increasing need, Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality built a new office on the coast of Mimar Sinan Overpass.
MOVED TO NEW BUILDING
Aiming to find solutions to the increasing demand for City Cards and providing on-site service, Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality established a 'Travel Cards Office' in Gölcük and Gebze districts. The offices established to meet the demands on-site and effortlessly serve the citizens. In this context, the 'Travel Cards Head Office' within the fair was moved to the new building built under the Mimar Sinan Overpass in order to provide better service.
MANY TRANSACTIONS FROM ONE PLACE
New Kocaeli Card Head Office will provide printing and distribution of individual cards, student visa procedures and many other services from one place. Kocaeli Card Center, which will be put into service on Monday, September 12, will respond more quickly to the needs of citizens in the city center.
A LARGER SPACE
The Kocaeli Card Travel Cards Office, which was built as a single storey made of steel material, includes counters for cashiers, a balance transfer office, and a lost and found office.
