Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu announced that the suspects of the MLKP who allegedly carried out a terrorist attack on the shuttle vehicle carrying the prison guards in Bursa in April were caught.
Minister Süleyman Soylu, at the organization meeting of the AK Party Edirne Provincial Presidency, said that after the attack on the service vehicle, work was started to catch the perpetrators.
Stating that a special team was established for the arrest of the suspects, our Minister Mr. Soylu stated that the attack was carried out by members of the MLKP terrorist organization.
Minister Soylu reported that Mehmet Mustafa Uskar, who was a courier with terrorist organization members Seda Baykal and Dilek Aksu, was caught and detained.
Explaining that they are working to ensure that the blood of prison guard Cengiz Yiğit, who was martyred in the attack, is not left on the ground, our Minister Mr. Soylu said:
“It was the MLKP terrorist organization that did this. This MLKP terrorist organization is a difficult organization. For a whole year, two women, who introduced themselves as two brothers in a house, wearing veils and dealing with the Qur'an from morning to night, and who were in a structure we call 'cell' to carry out this treacherous terrorist act, carried out this action.
Since then, I thought that it was necessary to establish a special team in our General Directorate of Security and our Ministry, that this child's blood should not be left on the ground and that the terrorist organization should be told its place, almost every day, to both our Chief of Police and the Chief of Intelligence, 'We need to find this job. ' It is indeed an important work. It's like looking for a needle in a haystack.”

Minister Soylu explained that they watched tens of thousands of hours of footage about the incident and said:
“God helps the worker. Shortly before that, they fell into our channels. We've been following it ever since. There are also all the capture footage of this MLKP terrorist organization member, who was in the service with his friends to go to work in the early hours of the morning to bring his child support, who martyred this child, this hero of ours. We will give it to the press.
Because they need to be treated like that. They don't need any human treatment. With all the success of our friends in intelligence, one; Seda Baykal, who carried out the action, is a member of the MLKP terrorist organization. Two; Dilek Aksu carried out the action, three; Mehmet Mustafa Uskar, who was also a courier for them, was caught by our Security Intelligence and detained.”
Statement from the General Directorate of Security
In the statement made by the General Directorate of Security, it was reported that 20 terrorists, 2 of whom were women, who carried out a bomb attack on the prison vehicle on April 3, were caught in Dikili, as a result of the ongoing efforts in İstanbul, İzmir, Bursa and Balıkesir.
Criminal Protection Officer Cengiz Yiğit was martyred in the attack on the prison vehicle.
On the other hand, it was learned that the operation was carried out as a result of the joint operation of the MIT Presidency and the Intelligence Directorate of the General Directorate of Security, and the names of the women terrorists caught were Dilek Arsu and Seda Baykan.
In connection with the operation in İzmir, an operation was carried out in a cell house in Balıkesir. Handmade Explosive materials were released at home. It is considered that the IEDs used in the bombing action against the service vehicle carrying prison officers in Bursa were prepared in this cell house.
