Police officer Sedat Gezer, who was martyred in the attack on Tece Polisevi by PKK terrorists in Mersin's Mezitli district, was bid farewell to his last journey.
Police Officer Sedat Gezer, who was martyred after heroically fighting against treacherous terrorists, who are members of the separatist terrorist organization, in the heinous attack on Mersin Tece Police Station on 26.09.2022, was sent off to his last journey with a funeral ceremony.
A ceremony was held for Martyr Police Officer Sedat Gezer at Mersin Police Department for the first time. In the ceremony, the biography of our martyr was read and prayers were said.
Following the noon prayer, the body of Martyr Police Officer Sedat Gezer was buried in Akbelen Martyrdom Cemetery, accompanied by prayers, after the funeral prayer led by Provincial Mufti Aydın Yığman at Muğdat Mosque.
