APPLICATION CONDITIONS
a) To meet the general conditions listed in article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48,
b) To be graduated from four-year computer engineering, software engineering, electrical engineering, electronic engineering, electrical and electronic engineering and industrial engineering departments of faculties or higher education institutions whose equivalence is accepted by Higher Education Council,
c) Except for those specified in sub-paragraph (b), from the engineering departments of faculties that provide four-year education, departments of science-literature, education and educational sciences, departments that provide education on computers and technology, and statistics, mathematics and physics departments, or from a dormitory whose equivalence has been accepted by the Higher Education Council. Graduates of higher education institutions other than those mentioned in this section can apply for 2 times the monthly gross contract wage ceiling.
ç) At least 3 (three) years for software, software design and development, management of this process or installation and management of large-scale network systems, for those who do not exceed twice the wage ceiling, at least 3 years for those who do not exceed 5 (three) times.

TIME, PLACE AND FORM OF APPLICATION
a) Applications will start at 27.09.2022:10 on 00 and end at 06.10.2022:23:59 on 59. Applications will be made electronically via e-Government, through the "High Election Board - Career Gate Public Recruitment" service or on the Career Gate internet address (isealimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr). Applications made in person will not be accepted, and applications made by mail or other means will not be accepted.
b) Candidates will be able to choose at most 2 (two) different positions as first and second preference among the announced positions. Starting from the highest score for each position, you can take the Exam in the "Contracted IT Personnel" table.
The number of candidates specified in the Number of Candidates to be Called column will be eligible to participate in the oral exam. The evaluation will be made primarily among the applicants for the position in their first choice. Candidates who will be eligible to participate in the oral exam will be determined by looking at their scores and order of preference. c) Candidates' information such as identity, graduation and military service will be obtained through the web services of the relevant institutions via e-Government. Candidates whose graduation information does not come automatically or who think that the information received is incorrect / incomplete will manually upload their updated information (such as approved diploma sample, graduation certificate) to the system in pdf format during the application.
ç) The applicants are responsible for making the application process error-free, complete and in accordance with the issues specified in this announcement, and uploading the requested documents to the system at the application stage. Candidates who do not comply with these issues will not be able to claim any rights.
