A passenger train traveling between Diyarbakır and Batman derailed for an unknown reason. While many rescue teams were moving to the area, information came that there were no dead or injured.
The machinery section and a wagon of the train, which made the Diyarbakır-Batman expedition and carried 100 passengers, derailed at the entrance of Bozdemir Station. While no one was killed or injured in the accident, the railway was closed to transportation. While the team was sent to the region to open the road, it was stated that the passengers would be sent to Batman by land.
