The main theme of the International Adana Flavor Festival, which will be held in Adana Merkez Park on October 6-7-8, will be “Heritage from the Past to the Future: Kitchen”. At the conferences to be held at the HiltonSA hotel on the first day of the festival, guests who are experts in their fields will discuss the gastronomic values of the city from different perspectives.
In addition to the Gastro Flavor Stage, Young Chefs Competition, conferences, interviews, workshops and concert, the festival will feature more than 100 Adana brands.
