5 So-Called Leaders of Terrorist Organization DAESH Caught While Preparing for Action

The Ministry of Interior reported that the so-called judicial, intelligence, education and social media officials of the terrorist organization DAESH were caught while they were preparing for the action.

The statement from the ministry is as follows;

In the operation carried out by the Gaziantep Provincial Gendarmerie Command and the Gendarmerie Syria Task Force; Ramo Muhammed Al Hamed, codenamed Rami Remo, the so-called judicial officer of DAESH, who was released from Syria/Hasakah Al Kef Prison by the PKK/KCK/PYD/YPG terrorist organization on the condition that he go to Jarablus, was caught while preparing for action.

In line with the statement of Ramo Muhammed El Hamed, who was caught on 31 August, who was preparing to make a sensational action in Turkey;

Ibrahim El Salih, codenamed Abu Rasul, the so-called intelligence officer,

Husam Davud, codenamed Abu Eyup, the so-called social media manager,

- Ahmed El Helo, codenamed Abu Abdurrahman El Shami, the so-called education officer,

- 4 Daesh members, including the so-called imam of the organization, Kemi Aydan, codenamed Ebu Reşid, were caught while trying to cross the border in the Syria/Jarablus region.

In addition, 6 collaborators identified as aiding and abetting terrorists were detained.

Together with the terrorists in question;

1 AK-47 Kalashnikov rifle,
1 magazine and 27 cartridges were seized.
