The successful project, which was implemented within the scope of increasing the awareness of agricultural workers working in Eskişehir on “Women's Health” through training in 2021 with the project call of the French Embassy in Ankara, received a grant for the second time.

A protocol was signed at the Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality Women's Counseling and Solidarity Center within the scope of the study, which was accepted in the second project call after the trainings given to 60 Turkish and 60 foreign agricultural worker women.

Head of Social Services Department Hale Kargın and Refugee Support Association (MUDEM) General Coordinator İlker Güney signed the protocol, while representatives of the French Embassy in Ankara attended the ceremony.

With the successful project deemed worthy of support, the Metropolitan Municipality and MUDEM, which will start working with Turkish and foreign agricultural worker women, will organize trainings for women to support social cohesion, access to self-care products, and protect their sexual and reproductive health rights.

Within the scope of the trainings, which will last for 9 months, 70 Turkish agricultural workers from Alpu district and 70 foreign agricultural women and their spouses in Eskişehir center will receive training.
