Governor Gökmen Çiçek and President Büyükkılıç are carrying out many studies in order to reveal the cultural values of Kayseri, the leading city of Anatolia, and to introduce it to the world. Under the chairmanship of Kayseri Governorship, Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality and Museum Directorate, landscaping, archaeological excavation and cleaning works have started for the artifacts of Erdemli and Soğanlı Valley, where civilizations live and where many churches and fairy chimneys are located.

TOURISM ATTACKS FROM THE PRESIDENT BÜYÜKKILIÇ AND GOVERNOR GÖKMEN ÇİÇEK IN THE LEADING CITY OF ANATOLIA
Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality started to work in the historical Soğanlı and Erdemli Valleys within the scope of the works carried out with the support of the Kayseri Governorship.
Making statements on the subject, Mayor Büyükkılıç reminded that Kayseri is a leader and pioneer in municipal services, and stated that they will introduce the city to the world in tourism and that they have started working with Governor Gökmen Çiçek in this sense.
WORKS STARTED IN SOĞANLI REGION
President Büyükkılıç stated that the work continues rapidly in the Soğanlı Region, where many civilizations live and where many churches and fairy chimneys are located.
“Our Kayseri is a prosperous city in which dynamic, enterprising people live. We trust the harmony culture in our Kayseri. We work in harmony with our governorship, public institutions and organizations, professional chambers, non-governmental organizations, headmen, citizens, district heads, deputies and ministers. Within this beautiful harmony, there will be tourism attacks built by Kayseri with its natural beauties. In this context, restoration and conservation works of Tahtalı Church are carried out in our Soğanlı Valley. In addition, the tender for the implementation of the Soğanlı Square landscaping project, whose projects were prepared by the Metropolitan Municipality, will be held. While these studies continue, the project of developing balloon tourism as well as valleys cultural tourism continues without slowing down. It is also planned to implement an important destination work on the İncesu Yeşilhisar line, especially within the scope of efforts to create new tourism routes.”

Governor Gökmen Çiçek, on the other hand, stated that Kayseri is one of the most important cities of Turkey with its cultural values and said, “We want to reveal these values and introduce them to the world. For this purpose, we are working with our Metropolitan Municipality. Our work for the Erdemli and Soğanlı Valley works has begun.”
