İzmir Metropolitan Municipality İZSU General Directorate continues its efforts to provide uninterrupted water to all parts of the city. The construction of the new 2 km drinking water transmission line in Kiraz Kaleköy district, where agricultural activities are intense, has been completed.
İZSU General Directorate continues its efforts for a strong infrastructure without slowing down. Comprehensive projects are being implemented one by one to bring uninterrupted drinking water to the Kiraz district, where agriculture and animal husbandry come to the fore.
The production of a 2-meter water line, which will provide drinking water from Karaburç, the neighboring neighborhood of Kaleköy, has been completed. With the newly constructed line, uninterrupted and reliable water will be delivered to the residents of Kaleköy district from the water well feeding the Karaburç district.
Uninterrupted healthy drinking water
The drinking water line, whose works have been completed in Kiraz Kaleköy, will serve 120 households. A suitable sized drinking water tank to serve next to the drinking water well is planned to be commissioned after the production is completed.
