Obstacles in Emergency Situations Removed with Single Number 112

In the 112 Emergency Call Centers, the emergency calls of individuals with hearing and language-speech disabilities are met with the Accessible 112 service. Within the scope of the barrier-free 112 service, visual sign language service has been provided to 1600 citizens since the beginning of the year.

44 thousand 305 E-Calls Received

The e-call system, which is defined as an in-vehicle automatic emergency call system, automatically calls 112 in the event of a possible traffic accident, even if the victims are unconscious, and transmits the data regarding the moment of the accident received from the vehicle's computer systems to the 112 Emergency Call Center. If necessary, it enables the vehicle to be called back from the 112 Emergency Call Center. Between January 01 and July 25, 112 emergency situations were responded to immediately at 44 Emergency Call Centers with the e-call system.
