Osman Wöber (born February 27, 1960, Ankara – died June 25, 2022), Austrian-Turkish actor and director. He became known for the character of Tuncay Kantarcı, which he portrayed in the Kurtlar Vadisi series.
Wöber, who is Austrian from his father's side, studied at Istanbul University Faculty of Law and Mimar Sinan University State Conservatory Theater Department. She started acting at the General Directorate of State Theaters. During his student life, he took roles in the plays of the Şan Theater, Kenter Theater and Yeditepe Actors.
He worked as a director and artistic director at Adana State Theater between 1988-1993 and at Istanbul State Theater between 1995-1998. With the scholarship of the Goethe Institute, he studied and worked in various theaters in Germany twice. He was appointed as the head of the Istanbul State Theater again in 2001 and continued this duty until 2009. He directed the play Truck, staged by the State Theaters and written by Memet Baydur. He took on roles in films such as Eighth Hour and Cumhuriyet.
