We stand by everyone who says "I have an idea, I want to make it green"

Speaking at the event, Deputy Minister of Industry and Technology Mehmet Fatih Kacır said, "Our target is Turkey, which takes a stronger place in the new mobility ecosystem," and said:

“While two years ago, there were no technology startups, unicorns, which exceeded a billion dollar valuation in our country, today we have six Turcorns, Turkish unicorns. Undoubtedly, the steps we have taken in the last 20 years, our stronger production, R&D and innovation ecosystems are the most important architects of this success. Together with all the steps we will take in line with our roadmap, we will make our country a center of attraction for researchers, entrepreneurs and investors, offering high-tech new products and solutions. We want to create new success stories, Turcorns, from the entrepreneurship ecosystem of our country. For this, as the Ministry, we will continue to implement new projects and support mechanisms. In short, we will stand by anyone who says, 'I have an idea, I want to make it green'."

“We are Turkey's only mobility ecosystem application platform”

Togg CEO M. Gürcan Karakaş stated that the Mobility Acceleration Program, which was prepared together with Bilişim Vadisi, was successfully completed and said:

“We are our country's only and Europe's truly rare mobility ecosystem application platform. We prepare our business partners working with us for global competition and enable them to reach global scales, so that they have the potential to settle first on the radar and then on the focus of the investors.

We provided intensive technical mentoring for 850 weeks to 47 people selected among more than 8 entrepreneurs who applied within the scope of the program. We provided training support on many topics from mobility to big data, from blockchain to cybersecurity, from artificial intelligence to gamification, from light materials to sustainability, from smart grids to energy solutions by industry leader and expert trainers. We provided access to application platforms so that participants could test their products, and we bridged the gap between investors and startups ready to receive investment. We look forward to seeing the concrete outputs of this program, which we started to expand the mobility ecosystem of our country, and to work with entrepreneurs with whom we can shape the mobility ecosystem of the future.”

“We support the entrepreneurial ecosystem in high technology”

Informatics Valley General Manager A. Serdar İbrahimcioğlu stated that with the Mobility Acceleration Program, entrepreneurs have the opportunity to commercialize the products they have developed. He emphasized that they also benefited from the Business Center infrastructure supports. İbrahimcioğlu said, “In this program, which is an important pillar in creating an entrepreneurial ecosystem in the field of mobility, we focused on increasing the technological readiness of the operational processes of the enterprises, as well as increasing the technological levels of the products. The program also served as a platform that brought potential customers and entrepreneurs together. Stakeholders and initiatives that came together during the program established stronger relations with each other and laid the foundations for working together in possible projects. We will continue to support the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the field of high technology for an original, innovative and sustainable value creation.”
