The opening ceremony of the 60th International Bursa Festival was postponed to Monday, 13 June due to the bad weather. The festival will begin with a concert by the world-famous composer Fahir Atakoğlu, where he will take the stage with Bursa Regional Giants Symphony Orchestra.
The opening ceremony of the International Bursa Festival, Turkey's longest-running event, planned to be held on Sunday, June 12, will be held on Monday, June 13, at 20.30 due to the adverse weather conditions. Organized for the 60th time this year by the Bursa Culture, Art and Tourism Foundation (BKSTV) on behalf of Bursa Metropolitan Municipality, with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, under the main sponsorship of Atış Companies Group, the 'International Bursa Festival' will host famous artists and groups this year under the sponsorship of Uludağ Premium. . The Golden Karagöz Folk Dance Competition, which will be held for the 34th time this year, will also be held between 2-7 July. 22 dancers from 800 countries will participate.
Nil Karaibrahimgil, Selen Beytekin, Fatih Erkoç, Hadise, Musa Eroğlu, Sevcan Orhan, Burcu Güneş, Selami Şahin, Simge Sağın, Mehmet Erdem and Sibel will attend the International Bursa Festival, where art lovers from Bursa will experience music-filled summer evenings this year, as every year. Famous names of Turkish music such as Can will take the stage. The most popular band of the last period, We Talk When We Are Face to Face, will also give Bursa residents a wonderful night at the festival. In addition, the internationally renowned Mark Eliyahu will give a concert at the festival, and the world-famous Barcelona Gibsy Balkan Orchestra and the Lazgi group, which will take the stage for the first time in Turkey at the International Bursa Festival, will also perform.
