We organize a wide range of trainings for our teachers, from personal development to professional fields. In 2022, we established the Teacher Information Network to enrich our teachers' options in distance education. As the opportunities diversify, the demand for our teachers also increases. In the first 2022 months of 5, we issued a total of 3 million 203 thousand 503 certificates. In the same period of 2021, this number was 1 million 892. In other words, there is an increase of 220%.” said.

Stating that the most important change in 2022 is the school-based professional development program, Özer noted that schools determine the training they need and that the Ministry has increased the budget in this area 35 times compared to the previous year in order to support it.
