To be employed in the Provincial Organization of the Ministry of Family and Social Services within the scope of Article 657/B of the Civil Servants Law No. 4, according to the additional article 06.06.1978 of the "Principles Regarding the Employment of Contracted Personnel", which was put into effect with the Council of Ministers Decision dated 7 and numbered 15754/2, For the title and number of sign language interpreter positions, contracted personnel will be recruited through a professional practice exam.

General Terms and Conditions
a) To meet the conditions specified in sub-clauses (657), (48) and (4) of sub-paragraph (A) of the first paragraph of Article 5 of the Law No. 7,
b) To graduate from a higher education institution at least at the undergraduate level as of the application deadline.
c) Not being entitled to receive retirement, old-age or invalidity pension from any social security institution,
ç) Not to have completed the age of 65,
d) To have a document or certificate showing that he knows sign language at a level to act as a sign language interpreter as of the application deadline.
e) While working in the position of contracted personnel within the scope of Article 657/B of Law No. 4, in case the contract is terminated by the institutions due to acting contrary to the principles of the service contract or the contract is terminated unilaterally within the contract period, until one year has passed from the date of termination, cannot be re-employed.
(Part-time employees or those who are limited to the duration of the project, those who change their title by being assigned to a position related to a contracted title issued in terms of education status, and those who request a change of location due to spouse or health status; there is no service unit to be transferred, there is no service unit, even though there is the same unit in that unit. Those who cannot change their place due to the absence of a vacant position with a title and qualification or the fact that they cannot meet the actual working condition of at least one year are not subject to a one-year waiting period)
Application Method and Duration
a) Candidates will make their applications between 06/06/2022-10/06/2022 by logging in via e-Government through the Ministry of Family and Social Services – Career Gate, Public Recruitment and Career Gate (isealimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr). Applications that are not submitted electronically within the period specified in the announcement will not be considered.
b) Legal action will be taken against those who give false documents or make statements, if their appointments have been made, their appointments will be canceled and if a fee has been paid to them by the administration, this fee will be compensated together with the legal interest.
