According to the news of Süriye Çatak Tek from Özgür Kocaeli: “The objection made to the second tender of the Cable Car Project to be built in Kartepe by Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality was rejected by the Public Procurement Authority (KİK). Participating in the second tender held on 25 March, Leintner and SPA partnership appealed first to the Metropolitan and then to the GCC. Appeals from both institutions were denied. After the objections were rejected, the partnership of Grand Yapı and Doppelmayr, which won the tender, was called for the contract. Company officials are expected to complete the documents and sign the contract next week.
