What Should Be Considered While Giving a Land Registry Power of Attorney?

In cases where the action to be taken is not clearly stated, the Land Registry and Cadastre Directorates have the authority not to take any action.

The duration should also be specified in the title deed power of attorney. Otherwise, the power of attorney may remain valid indefinitely.
