UTIKAD Board of Directors Met with the New Members of the Association

International Forwarding and Logistics Service Providers Association UTIKAD hosted 11 new members at the association office with the participation of Chairman Ayşem Ulusoy and Members of the Board of Directors.

UTIKAD, the umbrella association of the logistics sector, continues to grow with its new members as the only non-governmental organization that covers all elements of the sector, to which companies operating in the fields of international transportation and logistics service production are members. UTIKAD hosted 11 new members at the office of the association and said 'welcome' in the meeting invitation organized in order to establish effective and close communication with the new members.

With the responsibility of being one of the most important non-governmental organizations in the logistics sector with its 562 members, UTIKAD continues its activities without slowing down, with the effort to properly represent its members in the public administration and in many platforms. The Member Relations Focus Group, which was established to learn firsthand about the demands and problems of its members, has held face-to-face meetings with 104 members since the first day of its activities and informed its members about UTIKAD's work through presentations. In line with the activities of the Member Relations Focus Group, an invitation to meet was held on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 with the participation of UTIKAD President Ayşem Ulusoy and the Members of the Board of Directors.

Emphasizing the importance of developing effective communication channels with members and meeting new members, UTIKAD President Ayşem Ulusoy said; “UTIKAD continues to expand its representation ability by getting stronger with each new member joining us. It is also pleasing to see that we have representatives of young companies joining us under the umbrella of UTIKAD today. I think that our industry desperately needs dynamism and young ideas in every field. I invite all our members to be active especially in the activities of our working groups and focus groups.”

Sharing their views and suggestions with UTIKAD President Ayşem Ulusoy and the Members of the Board of Directors, 11 new members expressed their happiness at being represented under the umbrella of UTIKAD. The meeting ended after the family photo was taken.
