The "Gaziantep Local Cuisine Curriculum" prepared by the Culinary Arts Education Center (MUSEM) Academy, which was established by the Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality to keep the gastronomic tradition of Turkish and Gaziantep cuisine alive and to support the employment of young chefs, has been accepted into the Approved Framework Programs of the Ministry of National Education.

The program curriculum, in which the registered dishes of Gaziantep, the city of gastronomy, and traditional local recipes will be taught and passed on from generation to generation, can be attended by trainees with an interest in this field, was included in the list of approved framework programs of the Ministry of National Education Private Education Institutions. The curriculum can be opened as a course program in private education institutions accredited by the Ministry of National Education, and a certificate will be given to the trainees who are successful in the exam to be held at the end of the training.

The new program of MUSEM Academy, which provides theoretical and practical training, will last for 10 weeks and will provide a total of 150 hours of training. The trainees who will participate in the program will have the opportunity to receive training from experienced and well-equipped expert chefs in Gaziantep Cuisine in 12-person classes.

MUSEM ACADEMY COURSE REGISTRATION STARTED

Serving next to the Emine Göğüş Culinary Museum, the academy also continues its training in three categories: "Professional Cookery, Professional Pastry and Bakery, Gaziantep Local Cuisine". Course registrations will continue until June 1st.
