Çağlar Çorumlu was born on December 4, 1977 in Merzifon. Coming from a family of educators, Çağlar Çorumlu's mother and father are teachers. He graduated from Merzifon High School in 1994. Later he settled in Eskişehir. He graduated from Anadolu University Tourism and Hotel Management Department in 2000. During the years he lived in Eskişehir, he joined the theater club of the university he attended. He first noticed his acting talent with the support of Tolga Evren, the director of this theater club. After completing his university education, he moved to Istanbul in 2000 to study theater and continue his theater career professionally. He studied theater for one year at “MSM ACTOR STUDIO” and graduated in 2001. After graduating, he immediately found himself in the television and theater industry. He joined Kabare Taksim, the first theater where he worked professionally. Then, in the number 7 series, a series made by the Kabare Taksim team. Yusuf Stump revived his character. After "Kabare Taksim", he continued to act as a cabaret player in a group called Comedy Kılçık. Later, she joined the Istanbul City Theater in 2007 with the play Istanbul Efendisi. She resigned from this institution in 2013, where she worked as an actress for six years. Again in 2013, she founded her own theater, TiyatrOPS. Writer Koffi Kwahulé's play “Big Shoot” was staged by TiyatrOPS on January 18, 2014. In 2013, she acted in İşbank commercials with Cem Yılmaz.
In addition to acting in the theater, Çağlar Çorumlu has acted in many TV series and movies since 2001. He also works on animation and commercial dubbing. She attracted attention with her Aziz character in Çağan Irmak's 2010 movie "Princess Sleep".[who?] and worthy of praise. He was also awarded the “Most Successful Musical Comedy Actor of the Year” award at the 2012th Yapı Kredi Afife Jale Theater Awards in 16 for his role as Taparnigos in the play Eastern Dişçisi.
Çağlar Çorumlu married Gaye Çorumlu in 2012.
